Make a Difference

Help us harness the transformative power of music to tackle Canada’s growing mental health crisis.

Thank you for your support!

Every donation, big or small, helps bring the power of music to those struggling with mental health - offering connection, comfort and hope. Together, we're using music to break stigma, build skills to improve wellness and make a real difference in the growing mental health crisis.

Stories and Songs Events

Get involved in the movement by hosting a Stories and Songs event in a local pub, library or community hall. The idea was simple but powerful: someone reads a story about a song or musical memory that had a powerful impact on their life; a musician performs the music from that story, and then a mental health professional or scientist explains what is happening in our brains when we listen to music.

These events have a positive impact on the host, AMP, and the community and its participants. Learn more by downloading our guide today.

Host a Plates and Playlist Party

Get involved in our movement by hosting a Plates and Playlist Party, a peer-to-peer fundraiser that celebrates the magic that happens with great food, fantastic music, and amazing conversations, while supporting community-based music and mental health programming.
